Information

Rent

We have rooms available from $170 to $180 per week, this includes electricity, gas, water. Your rent must be kept a minimum of 1 week in advance at all times.

Bond

A bond of $680 to $720 is required (depending on room assignment), this is held by a government department known as the RTA until you move out of the International Student Villas.

Internet

The Internet has a $30 setup fee and is $30 per month, the complex has an unlimited broadband services.

Transport

There is free shuttle buses constantly travelling between Griffith University Nathan and Mt Gravatt Campuses.

There are also multiple options for transport to and from the Griffith Nathan campus.
Walking - Depending on your enthusiasm this can take between 15-20 minutes.
Bicycle - Many students have used bicycles to travel to and from the university.
Public/Bus Transport - Brisbane has an extensive public transport system and with your valid student id you receive a concession. Check with the university and/or QLD Translink for details and the best options.

Room Requirements

When you move in you will need pillows & pillow cases a double bed fitted sheet, double bed sheet, bathroom towels and floor mats.
